This is a simple to follow strength program catered to all fitness experience levels, whether you have done strength training before or not. I will be taking you through a 16 week peaking cycle periodisation style format. You will be provided with my online video tutorials of how to perform each exercise safely and correctly. I have created a formula where your prescribed weights/load to use for your main lifts will be generated using your Load Calculator in conjunction with your 1RM (one repetition max) lift.
This program is very simplistic but most of all very effective. I have designed and chosen the most effective exercises I believe has made me strong and now I want to share and educate others, to lift heavy efficiently and get strong correctly injury free.
