REAP Strength Online

REAP Strength programs are catered to all experience, fitness and strength levels. The programs are designed to educate and improve clients on performing exercises correctly to ensure movements are executed safely and efficiently. Ostomate Strength Coach James Feaunati has designed programs specifically for Ostomates who want to build strength physically and mentally. James, an Ostomate, is now helping Ostomates all over the World get back on their feet through strength coaching. Although these programs are designed for Ostomates, the programs are designed for all people, whether you are wanting to tone, get strong or lose body fat - these programs are for everyone! I will be taking you through a 16 week peaking cycle periodisation style format. You will be provided with my online video tutorials of how to perform each exercise safely and correctly. I have created a formula where your prescribed weights/load to use for your main lifts will be generated using your Load Calculator in conjunction with your 1RM (one repetition max) lift. This program is very simplistic but most of all very effective. I have designed and chosen the most effective exercises I believe has made me strong and now I want to share and educate others, to lift heavy efficiently and get strong correctly injury free. “Online training gave me flexibility to work and be around my family and train when it was convenient for me. Regardless of what day or time of day I trained and posted my videos, my videos would still get critiqued. One other thing I loved was the customised load calculator. I didn't need to think of what to do for strength training, it's already prepared for you - ready to go. I could actually go back and watch my videos and read the online coaches critiques and sharpen up my lifts. If unsure, I knew I could always rewind and play back and read the critiques again. You can't do that with face to face training programs. Once the session is over, that's it. If you live a busy work/family lifestyle and find it difficult to attend scheduled gym sessions or meet the PT at a set time, then this Online Program definitely caters to you.
